Easy Kebob - Beef Kebabs
These were a quick and easy mid-week meal using two new toys.  Half a kilo of beef mince from my local butcher was mixed with three tables spoons of Country Wood House Mocha Rub & the same of Worcester Sauce.  This was then spooned into new gadget #1, the Easy Kebob.  This device forms fairly uniform kebabs with the stick inserted - also cleans up really easily too.  Not very expensive either, otherwise I would have difficulty justifying.  I think this gadget will mean I will make kebabs more often, which is a good thing, as these were awesome...  Then it was into the fridge for a few hours to firm up & wait for the family to arrive home.  Then gadget #2 was lit & they were grilled over Big K's fantastic BCH 15 charcoal.  Once cooked through they were served in toasted pitta with a mixed salad & some Angus & Oink Dirty Barbie.  An easy & very tasty quick tea.  Didn't realise quick how much chilli was in the CWS rub - next time, I might knock it back to two tablespoons as the heat really kicked in!!
