BBQ Cote de Bouef
A nice 2.5 inch thick Cote de Bouef coated with a bit of olive oil & then Angus & Oink's Montreal Steak & Burger rub. Cooked to perfection with the Meater+ (still haven't changed the batteries!) on the Craycort cast iron for a nice crust. The new potatoes were simply boiled, smashed with a spatula & then coated with a bit of olive oil, salt & pepper before being cooked alongside the beef on the Kamado Joe.
