Sesame Hoisin Korean BBQ Chicken Thighs
#TheSmokinElk is running a competition currently which asks you to cook a Korean-inspired chicken dish.  This was my entry - some gorgeous chicken thighs cooked on the Weber 57 indirect over Big K's BCH15.
The recipe for this was taken from the amazing Korean BBQ book by Bill Kim - Sesame Hoisin Chicken Wings. Although as you can see, I used thighs. I then served it simply with coconut rice & some curly kale with lots of freshly cracked black pepper.  There may have been a beverage or two drunk with these....
